Unpainted wooden wall letters and numbers are perfect for any craft project, arrive ready to paint or stain, and come in over 1700 font styles including the ever popular Curlz font. These small to large wooden letters are custom cut to your specifications. Decorative wood lettering personalizes any girl’s or boy’s room, baby nursery, or toy box. Ready to paint wooden lettering can also add unique décor to the home.

We cut our standard indoor lettering from Baltic Birch Plywood which is one of the strongest wood materials available for sign and craft projects. It features a better edge painting surface than standard plywood and gives every wooden letter a nice grain for staining. If you are looking for wood letters thicker than ¾ inch, we have unpainted MDF wooden letters.

Our unpainted wood wall letters do not come with any mounting hardware. Double sided mounting tape and removable spray adhesive are available for purchase when submitting your order. If you would rather hang your wooden letters by a nail, we suggest purchasing framing hardware locally or attaching ribbon to the back of the letter.We do not recommend installing letters directly above a crib in the event they may fall

The letter height you order is based on the uppercase letter "A" of the font you specify. Depending on the font, some uppercase/lowercase letters may be shorter or taller than the height you specify on the order form so they will look proportionate to each other. Therefore, you may receive some of your lettering in different dimensions than the letter height ordered. If all lettering is ordered in lower case, we still scale the lettering to an uppercase "A" which will make most of the letters smaller than what was ordered. Please contact us if you would like to size your lettering differently from our standards. Please see examples below

Note: All Letters in the 1/8, 1/4 and 3/8 inch thickness are cut with a laser which leaves a dark smooth edge as shown above. The edge can be painted over. The 1/2 and 3/4 thick lettering are cut with a computer controlled router and then the edges are sanded smooth.

I purchased the smallest option of these letters to make a Christmas present. Although I ordered over 30 letters I received my package in under a week. I was very pleased with the letters, the price, and the shipping. The letters worked perfectly for my project!
