Specialty Wood Letters

Our buyer sourced these beautiful specialty woods for those looking for hardwood, solid wood letters, or wood letters that can be stained. We are excited to be able to offer mid-sized wooden letters in solid Alder, Hickory, Maple and Walnut. Specialty wooden letters look wonderful on the wall or paired against a toy box or hope chest.

The letters are cut from 3/4”-13/16” panels with a computer guided router. A size limitation on these panels allows us to only offer lettering 5-7 inches tall. The panels are solid wood, rather than some composites with a thin specialty wood veneer over the face and back to make it look like hardwood. All materials look great unfinished, or we can clear coat the face and sides to accentuate the grain and protect it from moderate weather changes. Unfinished specialty woods are ready to be stained any color you’d like once you receive them.

Mounting hardware is not included. Double sided mounting tape and removable spray adhesive are available for purchase when submitting your order. If you would rather hang your wooden letters by a nail, we suggest purchasing framing hardware locally or attaching ribbon to the back of the letter. We do not recommend installing letters directly above a crib in the event they may fall.
