How Do I Hang My Letters?
We have found that an adhesive called Stick-It Web adhesive works the best for most projects. The advantages are that letters mounted with Stick-It spray are held firmly in place, but when removed do not leave holes (like nails would) or damage the paint or paper on the wall. This product, as well as others, can be found on our Mounting Products page. There are also many other types of mounting available. You could try ribbon or string, double sided tape, etc. Just be creative!

I Am Ordering The Letters For My Child's Name On Their Wall; How Tall Should I Order The Letters? What Thickness Looks Best For This Type Of Project?
Although the answer to this question has a large part to do with individual taste, the following seems to be a good recommendation for the average wall name project. Most names look best between 8 to 14 inches tall with a wood thickness of 1/4, 3/8 or 1/2 inch thick. This gives the name a prominent look on the wall but does not look too skimpy or too bold. If you are ordering most or all of the letters in lowercase, you will probably want to purchase the 12 or 14 inch lettering since many of the lowercase lettering come smaller than the height ordered to be proportionate to the uppercase lettering. What Is The Most Common Size For A Child's Name On Their Bedroom Wall?
For most names, we have found that 8 to 14 inch tall letters look the best. We do not recommend letters smaller than 8 inches for wall names in order for them to have enough presence on the wall. This is especially true if some of the lettering is lowercase, since many of the lowercase letters will be shorter than their uppercase counterparts. A thickness of 1/4 inch is the post popular, but any thickness will work depending on the look that you are trying to achieve.

What Is Our Return Policy On Our Craftcuts Product Line?
We will grant a full refund or replacement on the subtotal of any order that is defective in quality or does not meet the description of the product according to the information provided on the web site. Because we offer so many variables such as color, size and font style, it is rare that we are able to reuse returned items. Nevertheless, as a courtesy to our customers, we accept returns of any non-defective product within 30 days and will extend a 75% credit of the original subtotal to be applied towards any future purchase. Do We Have A Printed Catalog?
We do not currently offer a printed catalog because you can find all our latest products here online.

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?
By default, your order should arrive within 10-15 business days from the date that you place your order (if you are paying with credit card) and the same 10-15 business day period after we receive payment if you are mailing in a check. Click here for more shipping details.

Is there additional shipping fee for oversize letters?
Letters that are 26 inches or larger will be charged actual shipping charges. This may be more than the shipping amount shown in the shopping cart. We will contact you before starting your order for approval.

Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed and paid for it may not be cancelled. Please confirm that your order is correct before clicking on the "Confirm Order" button. If you notice an error on your order please contact our customer service department within 24 hours.
