We can custom cut any shape within a square, rectangle or oval border and paint it for you. This product is cut from 3/8 inch thick Baltic Birch Ply. Our standard charge is $0.20 per square inch. For example, the cutout above was approximately 18 inches wide by 14 inches tall. Therefore, the cost would be $50.40 (18 x 14 x 0.2 = 50.40). This includes the painting as well if you want it painted black. Add 10% more for other colors. We have access to thousands of profile shapes. If you call during business hours, we can lay one out for you in real time while you view our design screen via the internet.
