Unpainted Connected Letters

Font viewer does not display the letters connected. Width is approximate, and may be significantly different with certain fonts. Selecting Letter Connect for this product can greatly reduce the overall width from what is stated. Please use the comment box if an exact size is needed.

Connected wood letters make installation of a favorite word or saying fast and simple. Our wooden alphabet letters can be connected either by letter or by baseline. Letter connect gathers all the lettering in a word close together so they touch and become one piece. Baseline connect keeps the lettering properly spaced apart within a word and a line attaches all letters. Precision cut and sanded, your decorative letters arrive ready to paint or stain. These wall letters are a popular choice for church letters, school letters, military bases, and professional offices. Our unpainted letters are easy to hang and lots of grandparents order these to make a grandchild feel at home when visiting. To prevent flimsiness in the connected wood lettering, we suggest ordering at least a ¼ inch thickness.

We cut our standard indoor lettering from Baltic Birch Plywood which is one of the strongest wood materials available for sign and craft projects.

Our unpainted wooden letters do not come with any mounting hardware. Double sided mounting tape and removable spray adhesive are available for purchase when submitting your order. Most connected wood lettering can be mounted with small finishing nails positioned strategically under certain letters.

Shipping Note: Words exceeding 26 inches in length may be subject to actual shipping charges which may be more than what is shown in the shopping cart at the conclusion of your order. We will contact you if actual shipping charges apply to your order.

NOTE: The word or name selected for this product will need to be less than 30 inches wide if you select the 1/8, 1/4 or 3/8 inch thick option. This is due to the cutting bed size of our laser that cuts these thinner wood lettering. (This does not apply to the 1/2" thick connected lettering product since they are cut with a computer controlled router that has a larger cutting area.) Most fonts can be condensed quite a bit in the width dimension without looking "squished". We will go ahead and condense the width to about 29 inches wide while maintaining the height if we need to in order to fit it on our board. If we feel that it will be condensed too much for the font and size of lettering you are ordering, then we will contact you. Only individual words are connected; not phrases. The dot on the lowercase letter "i" may or may not be connected depending on the font style. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or custom requests.
